Orlando Rolon
|
Orlando Rolon was born in Puerto Rico and has been residing permanently in the Orlando community since 1977. On October 29, 2018 he was sworn in as the Orlando Police Department’s 39th Chief of Police and the 1st Latino Chief of Police by Mayor John “Buddy” Dyer.
On November 8, 1992, he began his career with the City of Orlando Police Department. Rolón served as Deputy Chief of Police for four years before being appointed Chief of Police. Nearly two years, as the Administrative Services Bureau Commander, and over two years as the Patrol Services Bureau Commander.

Giorgina Pinedo-Rolón
|
Giorgina Pinedo-Rolón was born in Caracas, Venezuela. She
moved to United States in 1986. Since then she earned a
Masters in TV Production and Journalism and a PhD in Social
Phycology.
She worked for Walt Disney World for nine years as a
Merchandise Buyer. After Disney, she began a new career in the
field of media. She has extensive experience in television, print,
and radio. Giorgina served as Director of Production and Public
Relations, and television host for Telemundo Orlando. After nine
years with Telemundo, she was hire by Casiano
Communications Imagen Magazine Florida, where she served as
Chief Editor. Currently, she works for the City of Orlando as
Director of the Office of Multicu
