Victoria Rowell

Born in Portland, Maine, Rowell was raised in the foster care system for 18 years. Under the auspices of the Ford Foundation and the National Endowment for the Arts, eight-year-old Rowell received the Ford Foundation scholarship to the Cambridge School of Ballet. She flourished as a dancer, earning scholarships to the School of American Ballet and the American Ballet Theatre. Rowell later chose to pursue a career in modeling and graced the pages of countless magazines, before turning her attention to television. Rowell debuted as Drucilla Winters on The Young and the Restless in March 1990. She exited the show in 2007, earning two Daytime Emmy nominations and 12 NAACP Image Awards along
