Charlotte McDevitt, Executive Director of GreenVI.org, is working towards a vision of a green, clean, healthy and prosperous British Virgin Islands. Since 1995 trash on Tortola has surged from less than 10,000 tons to close to 40,000 tons. Charlotte explains why due to the nature of Tortola they must burn trash and what is being done to reverse that trend.
