The sound of our voice, as well as how we use our voice to communicate, reveals an enormous amount about how we experience ourselves, how we experience the world, and how we experience ourselves in the world. A key component of disease and illness is lack of empowerment and separation from one’s true identity, as evidenced through the voice.
