Most of us, as we were growing up, were taught by the exampleship of others that every time we got upset, there was a darn good reason for it! We learned ways to blamed others for “causing” our upset.
And so the inner and outer disturbances continued. This approach didn’t work too well then, and it doesn’t work now, for all we are left with is our hurt. And, as more and more research is revealing, inner hurt and suffering only serve to weaken our physical system. What are we to do?
