William "Bill" Orr, C.E.G. Executive Director William "Bill" Orr became the Executive Director of CHPS in July 2009 to transition CHPS from a regional organization to a national program. Bill is a leader in the high performance schools field and is dedicated to making all schools better places to learn. During his tenure, CHPS has expanded regionally-based initiatives to more than a dozen states, and developed a more consistent, streamlined process for bringing high performance school resources to new states.
