Joyce welcomes Colleen Starkloff, co-founder of the Starkloff Disability Institute. The Starkloff Disability Institute is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to helping 18+ percent of America’s population – people with disabilities – participate fully and equally in all aspects of society.
