Therese Quinn is an Associate Professor of Art History and Director of Museum and Exhibition Studies at the University of Illinois at Chicago, an urban public institution. A Fulbright Scholar at the University of Helsinki, Finland in 2009-10, Therese researches and writes about the arts and cultural institutions as sites of labor, public engagement and, potentially, justice-work.
