Tim Zink

Tim began his journey with Klemmer & Associates in 2003 when he attended his first Personal Mastery workshop. Since then, he has completed all levels offered by K&A, and now is a Senior Facilitator for Samurai Camp. Tim finds it a honor to be in front of the room as well as coaching students for success from the back of the room during the 12-week Samurai Camp experience. His commitment and dedication to giving back to the community is evidenced by the many development projects Tim oversees in Durango, CO. He resides in Durango with his wife of 12 years, Kimberly Zink, where they both enjoy time with family, friends and of course playing with their two grand babies as often as possible.

Chelsea Rathie

Chelsea, started her K&A journey in October of 2014 when she attended her first Personal Mastery. Going through all the levels in less than 6 months she created a lot of change in a short amount of time. This is when she knew she wanted to be a part of this company to give back to others for many years to come. Chelsea began working for K&A in January of 2016 and she is filled up by supporting others in this work. She was born and raised in Montana and currently resides in Arizona soaking up the warm sun!
