Then, we look at the evolving real estate investment market in Washington DC with Amy Bowser, Senior Vice President for Jones Lang LaSalle’s Mid-Atlantic Brokerage Group;Arthur Santry, an Executive Vice President of CB Richard Ellis; and Ross Eichberg, a real estate partner at Patton Boggs. Next, we head to Dallas to examine what an economy in flux holds for the Metroplex’s commercial real estate market.
