As we know, we speak to ourselves all day long. Unfortunately for many, 60% of that self-talk is negative in nature. In fact, we say things to ourselves far worse than we would ever say to anyone else. It is that negative self-talk that can sabotage our success and living to our full potential. Many of us are so programmed with these catabolic messages to ourselves that we just automatically default to them, both outwardly and internally, without effort. How many times have you called yourself an idiot or said things such as "stupid me" or "I'm fat" or here's a good one ... "I can't"?
