Dish Adams started at Fantasy Insights over ten years ago writing Insights Intelligence for the Rams the year Green went down and Warner got the job. He quickly became one of the site’s senior feature writers with his column “The Grab Bag” which assessed the available free agent after every football weekend. Dish then began a segment on Bloomberg Internet Radio where he receives more hits for his Thursday segment than Nobel Laureate Economists do on the Bloomberg Internet Site – is it any wonder the economy is in trouble?! I am a graduate of Duke University Law School who has practiced law in Orlando, Florida for the past 38 years. My life was forever changed on July 22, 2018 when my 32 year old son, Matt, died by suicide. Two days later on July 24, 2018, my mother also passed away. Since Matt’s passing, I have been on a journey of grief, loss and redemption. I have personally talked to scores of survivors who have lost a loved one to suicide.
As a result of this tragedy, I have decided to dedicate the rest of my life to analyze why we are in the middle of a suicide epidemic. The purpose of this show is to be a forum where fellow survivors of a loved one’s suicide can have a resource to learn how to live a life of meaning after the tragedy of suicide.

Graduating as an unemployed philosopher from the University of Chicago with a Ph.D. on Empathy and Interpretation, Lou trained in data management technology and consulted in technology with Blue Cross of Illinois, Greenbrier and Russel, Giga Information Group, and IBM before realizing that the world does not need more data, the world needs expanded empathy. After undergoing over ten years of psychoanalyses, dynamic psychotherapy, and related training to recover from childhood and adolescent traumas, Lou teaches empathy in the history and systems of psychology at Argosy University. He is the author of three books on empathy from Palgrave Macmillan including A Rumor of Empathy: Resistance, Narrative, and Recovery, forthcoming from Routledge. Melissa Alexander is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach and the founder of Roots 2 Wings Transformations, where she offers unique tools to bring harmony to your body, mind, emotions and spirit.
Since she was four years old, Melissa had accepted pain and sickness as part of her day to day reality. “I had been in a constant state of difficulty. It was a downward spiral of domino effects pushing me deeper and deeper into a place I didn’t want to be,” recalls Melissa. “I dug myself out of that. Now I have a quality of life I never knew existed. I went from being disempowered to being empowered to make my own choices and take control of my journey.”
Melissa’s transformation began when she became certified in lymphatic system cleansing. Melissa employs the technique by applying comfortable pressure to your skin to move lymphatic fluid through your valves and into your lymph nodes to stimulate your body's immune system.
“My lymphatic system had been clogged. I had over 30 years of old trash backed up,” recalls Melissa. “Once I began cleaning that system, my body began to heal itself. That's where I am today, with the health and vitality I desire.”
Melissa offers the same passion of her own transformation to her clients. “After going through what I went through, I acquired the tools, resources and the ability to help others transform their own lives and achieve sustainable health,” says Melissa. "Together we share in transformations!”

In the Appalachia, there is Folklore, which describes babies born with the veils covering the eyes and when it is present, they are always “Seers.” I was born with the veils covering my eyes and I was fully conscious, at my birth, July 26, 1956 in Tennessee. I am of Cherokee and European descent. Later it would be made known to me, that both my Cherokee, Scot-Irish maternal grandmother was a Seer and Healer, and my Cherokee - Irish paternal great grandmother was a Seer.
An Arch Angel that protects me appeared at the foot of my bed as a huge male Lion at 7:00 a.m. on the morning of May 7, 1995. We stared at each other for about 7 minutes, then he just slowly faded from view. Later I would learn that his name was Ariel, which means, “Lion of God.” My Teachings (remembrance) would encompass Seeing, Healing and Ancient Knowledge of both the Earth and the Universes.
One of the Spiritual Masters said, “It is a part of you, not separate from you.” I have been completely spiritually taught by Christ, Archangels, Spiritual Master Teachers, and by the Divine Feminine, of Service to the Light. Jaimee Andreotti was born on April 27 and is an only child. She enjoys reading, dancing, and, of course, cooking and baking, but detests cleaning up (Who doesn’t? Sorry—with the good comes the bad.) A baby picture involving a bowl of cake batter and a chocolaty mess of a face reminds Jaimee of the first time she felt the delight of baking, though it was years later before she was trusted to cook a meal. It is Jaimee’s dream to own her own restaurant as the head chef. Voice America Kids has been a wonderful opportunity—many thanks!

From a childhood in Western Europe to a few years of working in Africa, my life journey has taken me across several belief systems. Searching for a new educational frontier, I crossed the Atlantic and ended up studying psychology in Wisconsin. My curiosity for people led me to work in the field of intercultural relations. For 20 years, I trained people in cultural self-awareness and understanding.
My spiritual path has taken me through various routes. At the end of 2007, I decided to leave the religious organization I had been practicing with for a number of years. I was confused as to why it happened so abruptly. I later had a profound realization while reading a quote from Anne Hillman’s book, Awakening the Energies of Love.
“It wasn’t until my mid-forties that I mentioned my dilemma with the church to a colleague who’d once been a Dominican priest. He told me the story of a beautiful tree in the center of a garden, surrounded by a high stone wall. He likened the tree to a person searching for the sacred and the wall to the boundaries defined by her religion.”
“The tree needs to grow out of the garden. Its branches need room to expand and spread wide. They need to reach far outside the garden’s walls for they cannot be contained by the wall’s limits. But the tree always remains rooted in the garden.”
I am committed to spreading the branches of my tree and providing guidance and companionship to those willing to explore their inner lives.

I am Marcus Aurelius. My first introduction to body building was at the age of 17 when I was introduced to my college mentor, Rob Serenja, at Cambourne Technical College in Cornwall, England. In 1986 I immigrated to America where I was able to pursue my dreams to become a body builder like my hero, Arnold Schwarzenegger, who I had the pleasure of training with for a little time at World’s Gym but I needed a job so I could live. With his help, and influences, I was hired on to my dream job as a personal trainer at Gold’s Gym in Los Angeles, California.
Since then, I moved to Austin, Texas, where I was able to work in many gyms throughout the Austin region. My most favorite gym I worked at was the East Communities YMCA because of its Christian standards and the people there were the greatest.
In 2007 I started my own gym, and now own Elgin Fitness in Elgin, Texas, where I specialize in personal training. I have a very loyal clientele base who support me and who I am. I’m very thankful for them because they were very supportive in my starting this show. Over the years, I have trained thousands of people who still do all they can to stay in contact with me.
I have always been highly respected and liked because of the insight I have been able to share, especially when it came to weight loss and fitness. Training has always been my passion and my gift. I hope through my extensive knowledge and experience from years of training I can touch your life too.

My definition of Fitness is to constantly strive to be better than you were the day before, the week before, and the month before, in regards to your physical and mental health! Anything is possible in fitness when you take the right progressions to achieve it. I am a big advocate of the law of attraction, which simply states that you attract into your life whatever you think about. My clients learn right away that the phrase, I CAN’T DO IT is never allowed unless it is followed by the word YET. I am passionate about being a fitness professional, love being able to inspire change every day!
