In this week's edition of The Mike Abadir Show, trainers from two of horse racing's most prominent stables will join Mike and Gino to discuss their Breeder's Cup prospects. The first of our trainer guests is Richard Baltas, who is based in Southern California, and who just won the trainer's title at the prestigious Del Mar summer meet. We will also feature a guest from another powerhouse barn, and that is Norman Casse, who is with Casse Stables. They have a major presence in several major racing circuits, including Woodbine (Toronto, Canada, area), as well as stateside at Gulfstream Park, and in the Kentucky circuit. Each of these trainers has won numerous world class races and participated in horse racing's Super Bowl, the annually conducted Breeder's Cup Championships (which will be run for the first time at the Del Mar Thoroughbred Club on Nov. 3rd & 4th). We will discuss their top contenders, and explore the preparation each stable puts into their world class athletes.

Mike Abadir, a unique and polished negotiator in the areas of sports and real estate contracts, brings his voice to sports radio. His vast experience started as an intern with the Oakland Raiders and has continued to develop as a NFL player agent. He’s always held firm to his mission, which is to work with the athlete to be the best football player on and off the field. Based on his business knowledge and the intricacies of the NFL salary cap, Mike has provided expert analysis on the topic at numerous sports industry seminars, radio shows, and television appearances as a guest NFL player agent.
Mike graduated from U.C. San Diego and later received his law degree from John F. Kennedy University School of Law. Mike is certified as a player-agent by the National Football League Players Association, and currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
