Rhonda Lukie is an Independent Insurance Professional with in-depth knowledge, experience and understanding of the insurance industry. She possesses demonstrated leadership skills in developing results-driven programs while using a creative and analytical approach in company operations. She uses foresight in determining company needs by analyzing past situations and resolving potential future issues while managing costs and risks.

Rhonda is a licensed adjuster in 22 states with experience in both Property & Casualty, handling both Standard Lines and Excess & Surplus Lines. She has successfully examined and managed all types of losses from simple auto to multi-million dollar commercial losses. Having worked with both large and small carriers, she is highly experienced in risk assessment, claims management, policy interpretation, field investigation, estimating, and third-party vendor management, while having great success in litigation and special investigations/fraud claims. She has used her expertise in best practices and good faith handling to develop claims training materials and claims handling procedures. Her passion is to educate fellow claims adjusters by sharing her knowledge and experience.
