Teenagers are vulnerable, teenagers are resilient. And we can all learn from their success in using mindfulness to reduce stress and fear. Rusty and his guest, author and founder of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program for Teens, Gina Biegel, will be discussing her latest book, “Take In The Good: Skills For Staying Positive And Living Your Best Life.” They’ll also be discussing practical skills people of all ages can learn to improve the quality of their lives through mindfulness exercises.

You will learn how to use mindfulness and hypnosis strategies to create lasting positive changes in your life. Many of the misconceptions of hypnosis will be discussed as well as the limitless ways people can incorporate self hypnosis in their lives.

There are thousands of peer reviewed studies demonstrating the effectiveness of hypnosis and mindfulness in all areas of life. You’ll be engaged through discussions of people from all walks of life who have used hypnosis and mindfulness to overcome problems and increase positive feelings and emotions.

You are encouraged to practice some of the techniques discussed in the show and will be offered an opportunity to share your experiences in future shows. By being empowered to take back control of your life, you’ll learn how easy and enjoyable it is to use self hypnosis and mindfulness to live a more productive life.

Rusty Williams

As an author, master hypnotist, and hypnosis instructor, Rusty considers it a privilege to help people live life to its fullest. Rusty holds memberships in the International Certification Board of Clinical Hypnotherapy, the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association, and the National Guild of Hypnotists. He is an award winning presenter at workshops and international training conferences.

Rusty has advanced hypnosis certifications in Hypnosis for Pain Management, Advanced Hypnotic Pain Control Techniques, Emergency Hypnosis, Hypnosis for Anger, Anxiety, and Depression, Medical Hypnosis, Autogenic Training Methods and Past Life Regression.

Rusty spent 25 years in law enforcement, retiring as a detective in 2010. During his tenure, he was a highly decorated police officer, receiving numerous awards, including life saving. Prior to becoming a police officer, Rusty was a paramedic where he served the citizens of New Jersey for five years.

Rusty is a published author of two books and is an ordained Christian minister and former faculty director of a college seminary. He holds a Master of Divinity degree in Pastoral Counseling and a Doctor of Ministry degree in Church Development.

Rusty offers mindful hypnosis to clients at his hypnosis practice in southern New Jersey. He is married to his best friend where they share their home with two dogs and one cat who occasionally allow Rusty and his wife on their furniture and in their bed.
