Episode Description
Pat Summerall talked about the "Battle in the Big D" and how the Cowboys just werent ready to face a quarterback with Tom Brady's ability. He also broke down the NFC East and gave his prediction on where the Cowboys, Redskins, Eagles and Giants would finish. That division is starting to become very competitive. In segment two, Pat talked about 43 year old Vinny Testeverde and his comeback to the NFL to lead the Carolina Panthers to a victory against the Cardinals. Perhaps his comeback and success is no fluke. He just might be a good fit for the Panthers. In the third segment, Pat talked to Brian Billick, the Baltimore Ravens Head Coach, about trends in the NFL. In the final segment Pat broke down the BCS in College Football and why a playoff system is not an option.

Thanks to his many years in the business, Summerall's opinions were based on real life experiences and face-to-face meetings with athletes such as Terrell Owens, Jack Nicklaus and Troy Aikman. Pat Summerall
George Allen "Pat" Summerall (born May 10, 1930 in Lake City, Florida and passed away April 16, 2013) was an American football player and well-known television sportscaster, having worked at CBS, FOX, and, briefly, ESPN. Summerall was best known for his work with John Madden on CBS and FOX's NFL telecasts, and in 1999 he was inducted into the American Sportscasters Association Hall of Fame. Summerall also spent 10 years as a professional football player in the National Football League.
