Hosted by Kathryn Zox
Kathryn interviews author J. Michael Zenn about his latest book "The Self-Health Revolution". Describing himself as an "ordinary guy who discovered an extraordinary secret" and motivated by the premature death of his own father, J. Michael Zenn lost fifty pounds at the age of 40. "The Self-Health Revolution" has sold over 30,000 copies in Whole Foods Markets alone. Kathryn also interviews clinical psychologist Ditta Oliker about her book "The Light Side of the Mood: Reclaiming Your Lost Potential". If you are trapped in a life that doesn't live up to your full potential, find out why and what to do about it from Dr. Oliker, who maintains that "problems and issues present in our adult lives are often the result of hidden beliefs developed by our subconscious during childhood in order to survive".
