Roy Saunderson and S. Max Brown

Roy Saunderson, president and founder of the Recognition Management Institute, is a leading North American expert on employee recognition. A professional speaker for over 20 years, Roy founded RMI over 14-years ago to address the difficulty managers have giving effective recognition to their employees.
