Episode Description

They have been called Gen Y, Millennials, and the Boomerang Generation. There are more than 80 Million Millennials living in America, those born between 1978 and 2000, and it has been tough for them. The average college grad is saddled with more than US$25,000. They face 13.2% unemployment, up from 7.7% 5 years ago, according to the Bureau of Labor, and they hit the job market at one of the worst economic times ever. They were taught to work hard, get an education and join the 40-hour workweek for 40 years retirement plan. Then the rug was yanked out from underneath them. They hit the job market and found the 40/40 plan was gone forever. As a result, some are angry and under-employed, some are entrepreneurial and doing well. But all of them are techno savvy and have been left alone to find their own way. When you think about it they have opportunities their parents only dreamed of. In this episode we talk to Miki Agrawal about the endless opportunities she has made for herself.

Maybe you started your own business and found yourself working 60 hour work weeks with no time off. What happened to the American Dream?

No Plan B will take you from where you are right now to where you have always wanted to be, but you have to be willing to look at the world through a whole new window. It's all about earning residual income, money you make over and over again from something you did once. It’s legal. It’s moral. It’s ethical and a whole lot of fun.

No Plan B promises to be a fun, show that will not just inspire you, but will give you a checklist for success. Meet people just like you who created extraordinary lives, and learn what they did to make it real.
