Our second guest is Sgt. Stephannie Shannon, a disabled Gulf War I vet. She will share her struggles when transitioning back to civilian life, her time of military service, how to reclaim your life after PTSD, GWI, and MST,and the resulting trauma she experienced. Stephanie’s story is a story of struggle, survival, and healing; that empowers others to address their own personal traumas and how to overcome them.
