Our first guest is Ana Maria Alvarez is the founding artistic director of CONTRA-TIEMPO Urban Latin Dance Theater Company. At the age of five Ana Maria was determined be successful in the world of dance. Ana Maria will share how she overcame some of her biggest challenges, including how she got funding for her dance company. She will also share advice for others interested in starting their own business. Felicia Slattery, our second guest tells us it is time to KILL the Elevator Pitch. She will share how to start the relationship building quicker and more effectively and the five words that listeners need to remember to be unstoppable.

Deanne is diverse in careers from scientist, college instructor, management trainer, Fortune 500 Manager, author to entrepreneur. She is a much sought after speaker and business coach who blends the spirit of change, life-long learning, and adaptability.
For more than 20 years Deanne has worked with managers and individuals to help break through personal and career roadblocks with her innovative strategies. She offers her abilities as a leader, certified business coach, and educator to corporations and organizations globally. Deanne demonstrates the adaptive thinking necessary for change in our present-day world.

Additionally she was on the three-member team that first discovered the cancer link to second hand smoke.
