Darlene Godwin

Darlene Godwin is a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and certified Health Coach Graduate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She specializes in reducing pain and inflammation in the body. Her approach is in helping clients understand their bodies better to promote healing within by improving their eating habits and self-care to achieve more energy, mobility, clear thinking, and lose weight as a side-effect.

Aside from health coaching clients, Darlene is an EAV Technician in bio-energetic medicine, a Wellness Advocate certified in AromaTouch essential oils, an anti-aging Skincare Consultant, a Schwinn Cycle Instructor, and radio host on Happy and Healthy Living with Darlene Godwin. Darlene is dedicated to continually finding products and therapies that naturally reduce tissue inflammation, create digestive health, and increase healthy cell communication to reverse illness and disease.

In her practice, Darlene helps her clients achieve homeostasis to the autonomic nerves system by calming stress and anxiety, reducing pain and inflammation, and restoring the immune system through essential oils and homeopathic medicine. Darlene believes good health is all about anti-aging from the inside out and can begin at any age by making happy and healthy food and lifestyle choices. Darlene has an innate understanding that every root cause to a condition has a natural alternative solution.

Dorothy Dabney


Dorothy has an art and design background, with a BFA in Crafts from Virginia Commonwealth University. Her passion has always been about health and fitness, and she has enjoyed being somewhat of a fitness motivator for others. In addition to working as an artist/designer and sales rep in the gift industry, K-8 art teacher, and more recently, substitute teacher on the high school level, she was an aerobics/step aerobics and weight training instructor for 10 years. Dorothy has been a runner for over 30 years, and has competed in hundreds of races during this span of time. Rather than join in the attitude of many of her contemporaries, she feels like she is getting younger. On the personal side, Dorothy lives in Charlottesville, VA. with husband Bill, and I has 3 grown children. View Guest page

Ramakrishnan Kavaserry, MSPT (Physical Therapist) Born in India, whose patients call him Ramky, graduated from his Bachelors in Physical Therapy from Sri Ramachandra Medical College in 2002. He then moved to the U.S. where he completed his Masters in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University in California. He has over 14 years of clinical experience, and started his career as a practicing physical therapist in a skilled nursing facility treating a wide variety of conditions and successfully rehabilitated his patients back to their active lifestyle. Ramky has several other certifications like Myofascial Release, Dry Needling, Back to Golf, and Certified Fitness Trainer. He is also certified for Direct Access with State of Virginia. He is an active member of the VPTA (Virginia Physical Therapy Association) and APTA (American Physical Therapy Association). Dr. David Silverman


Dr. David Silverman is a retired, board-certified foot surgeon, in Maryland, outside of Washington, DC. He and his wife (Wendy) have 3 grown children. Dr. Silverman is a graduate of the University of Maryland (1982), with a B.S. in Biology. He graduated from the Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine (1987, in Chicago), with a Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine. He did his post-graduate training through the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. He earned Diplomat status in the American Board of Foot Surgery and a Fellowship in the American College of Foot Surgeons. Dr. Silverman was introduced to the world of natural medicine and non-pharmaceutical wellness products, in 1997, and left traditional medicine and surgery for a more natural approach, in 1999, at the age of 39. Dr. Silverman was introduced to the science of redox signaling and ASEA, in December of 2010.
