Performance is not just for Olympic athletes, NBA stars and Oscar nominees. It's a phenomena we all engage in every single day to some capacity or another, whether it is a parent demonstrating a skill to a child, an employee giving a critical presentation to key stakeholders, an amateur golfer out for a round or a musician playing in a café.
