Nurses are used to serving. It IS what we do. No one does it better than Nurses! Most of us work hard, continue our education credits, maintain busy lives outside of work and are very aware of the gratitude we owe the people who have helped and guided us in our career. This would seem to be the perfect time to thank those supervisors, managers, mentors and role models, by sharing how we have "Paid it Forward" to others. I really want to encourage all of you out there listening, to call in and share: 1) Who was that special person for you; 2) What did they do that has stayed with you forever;
