Jennifer Trich Kremer, Ph.D.

is a senior user researcher at Cigna with a background in human factors/psychology. She has worked within the healthcare space for over 10 years (Anthem and Cigna) as well as at IBM, Hewitt/AON, Trilogy, and as a professor at Penn State Erie. She is experienced in quantitative and qualitative research approaches, benchmarking and analytics. She has also worked in applied and traditional research environments. She mentors others about research methodologies, resume/portfolio tips, interviewing, using data to make decisions and day to day questions on the life of a user researcher.

Alina is passionate about research and design in improving human computer interaction and facilitating user needs and goals. Alina is a UX Designer at Aspirant. Prior to joining Aspirant, Alina was a User Experience Architect at Confluence designing enterprise workflows in the financial technology industry. At HM Health Solutions, Alina focused on accessible design in the Healthcare space and at American Eagle Outfitters, Alina designed omni-channel e-commerce shopping experience. Alina earned her MS in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh and graduated with her BS in Information Science and BA in Communication from Pitt.
