She has worked within the healthcare space for over 10 years (Anthem and Cigna) as well as at IBM, Hewitt/AON, Trilogy, and as a professor at Penn State Erie. She is experienced in quantitative and qualitative research approaches, benchmarking and analytics. She has also worked in applied and traditional research environments.
