After the Alaska journey, she and her husband eventually settled in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, where they lived until his death. Deanne spent 30 years as a professional international photographer who taught and lectured in the U.S. and Canada. She published several articles in photography magazines and journals. Dr. David Wilcox was born and raised in Syracuse NY. One of his earliest memories was of his grandmother telling him that he would be a doctor one day. It didn’t appear that he was following the correct path to that dream as he dropped out of high school and left home at 15 years old.
