WE have happiness backwards. Yes not forwards, we have it backwards. Somewhere along the way in our new fast paced world full of striving and striving and more striving *cue multi-tasking to do lists, zooming and pretending to pay attention to everyone and everything, because we have to get to the next thing and we can’t possibly focus on this thing …. This relentless seeking has left us very very UNHAPPY. Who says? I say. We have forgotten that we can’t be successful until we are happy first.
