Conscious leaders understand that regardless of how their story is unfolding, they have an active role in creating the story. Schneider, founder of iPEC. Through an understanding of these levels, leaders can quickly identify the lens through which they interpret the events of their story. Understanding these levels also gives the conscious leader choices in how to interpret and respond to situations.
