How do we use age as an excuse? Have we said things like: I’m too young to quit drinking? Too old to start a new career? Too young to settle down? Too old to change? Really? And do we think we’re too young or too old to learn music, start exercising or get therapy? As we begin a new year, let’s take stock of what needs changing inside and out.
