Jill Wall and her daughter Tana, have an amazing story to tell about their journey as an RN mother and child (now an adult) with Spina Bifida. It encompasses the beauty and challenges of living a life with a complex health issue, and needing in-home 24/7 nursing care for a lifetime. We will address the issues of dramatically increased technology and ICU-type care in the home, by specially trained nurses and the inequities in pay for hospital-based vs. home-based intensive care.
