As long as there have been nurses, there have been nurses who innovate! Often that entails "work-arounds" of systems and policies that hamstring the nurse and make giving good care to the patient more difficult. My guests this week are ALL about Innovation and how to get the nurse's voice represented in the many technical and communication "great new ideas" to ensure they work with and for the nurse in intuitive ways.
