Karen Millsap lost her husband tragically at the age of 29 when he was killed. As a young mother she also had to continue to care for her young child, while working and grieving all at the same time.
As it happens, tough times will make or break us. Not only did Karen make the decision that this was going to "make" her a better and stronger person. She decided to take it beyond herself and expand what she learned, to the world.
