The Yo-Yo compliance rulings that have impacted this industry has been devastating to both profitability and the return of consumer/customer confidence in returning these restaurants with some sense of normalcy once again. Along these same lines, over 2,000 miles from Los Angeles, there is a wind of change coming due to the impending passage for the "Infrastructure" Bill which will be funded by 3.5 Trillion Dollars.
