What is the purpose of red or white wine with a specific food? Does my stemware matter? How do I find decent stemware that is not outrageously expensive? I'll share some of my personal opinions, experiences, and what I believe are the best answers to those difficult questions. I'll talk about Riedel stemware, and an amazing tasting experience that I had many years ago, and I'll give you an example of a place to start with your own food & wine
