New York City native, Michael Schoen always wanted to report the news. Interested both news and radio from an early age, the idea of making a living with his voice was tantalizing to Michael. Graduating from Queens College of the New York City University, Michael’s career path has taken him from broadcasting all-news radio in the Philadelphia, Los Angeles and New York markets to newscasts on two national networks, RKO radio network and CBS news. He has been a beat reporter as well as a war correspondent, and in the past few decades, has covered some of the nation’s biggest stories from the Gulf War to political campaigns to momentous courtroom moments.
