As a Business Performance Coach I am constantly looking for new ways to help business owners and entrepreneurs. My desire has been to reach out to people who are eager to listen to a message of positive attitude and motivation in today’s busy and changing world mixed with new business ideas and insights to reach higher levels of performance.

When we combine the enthusiasm we all have with the business skills and abilities a person needs to grow, learn, prosper, they become better people and better professionals; and in the way, they are transformed into better managers and leaders.

Luis Vicente Garcia

Luis Vicente Garcia is a Focal Point Business Performance Coach, founding Member of the Brian Tracy International Trainers, Best-selling Author and an International Speaker. As a highly motivated Speaker and Business Leader, he coaches and trains thousands of people in countries throughout the Americas, focusing on Business Performance, Goals, Success and Leadership.

The 2015 Global Ambassador for the National Association of Experts, Writers and Speakers, Luis Vicente was one of the Executive Producers of the Documentary Film: ARMONIA: A Mission for Good!, filmed in Oaxaca, Mexico with the International Entrepreneur Foundation. As the host of "Performing at Your Best: Mindset Evolution with Luis Vicente Garcia", Luis will also host the TV show "Aprendiendo a Emprender" on MUNDOFOX affiliates.

Luis Vicente is a Member of the Book Review and Advisory Board of the International Best-selling Authors Organization, serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Venezuelan Franchise Chamber, and was inducted into the National Academy of Best-Selling Authors in 2013.

A firm believer in continuing education and personal development, Luis has keynoted conferences alongside Steve Forbes and Brian Tracy. He wrote two Spanish language books on franchising and has co-authored seven best-selling books with prominent leaders such as Jack Canfield, Marshal Goldsmith, Carlos Slim, Joe Vitale and Brian Tracy. He lives in Caracas, Venezuela with his wife and sons.
