Episode Description

This week we are talking about the power of turning in towards ourselves. We will discuss the links between the parts of the inner force process and self-connection, regeneration of our inner world and transformation. We will talk through how the various parts of the innerforce process fit together and support us and we will talk about how to reconnect to ourselves when we’ve lost the connection. In our New Ventures West segment, we will be joined by Cynthia Luna who is a Partner of LF Leadership and a faculty member of New Ventures West who will share her expertise with us. As we develop a method through which we can turn inward daily and throughout the course of our days, we fuel our connection to ourselves, and to others. This is what being connected to our innerforce is all about. Join Angela King and Cynthia Luna to learn how.
