How ironic and sad, then, is the fact that Biden's Gender Policy Council excludes boys and men! Psychologist Dr. Warren Farrell is the author of bestselling books about male psychology, including The Boy Crisis. He's been a pioneer in both the men's and women's movements - including being elected to the board of N.O.W. Laurie A.
