When I began this show and my recently passing of my BBB Best Business Buddy, Jeff Spenard, Emeritus Founder and CEO of Voiceamerica.com for now 22 years and I first began to craft this show we BOTH Recognized that the necessity of the assets that Small Business were going to need to Recover, Rejuvenate and Return to PROFITABILITY was going to require some significant HELP! We came up with a formula to launch this show that included, Advocacy (Small Business Has Lost It's Voice), Resources (Small Businesses need the addition tools to come back) and last but not least the Expertise (Small Businesses need the Wisdom and the Council) to come alongside and give that possible one idea or strategy that will propel them back into the ZONE of PROSPERITY that they enjoyed prior the debacle that they now find themselves embroiled in called the Pandemic of 2020 and 2021! When I was in the insurance business I was an independent Master General Agent and I placed my clients business with several companies and was not tied down to anyone exclusively. My clients found that my selection of the platform that would meet their needs both corporately and personally was satistactory as I enjoyed a close to 100 % persistency ratio of my clients not just buying from me but staying with me! Today, I an rejoined by one of BizZne$$ BuzZ's Alumni Guests and longtime Supporter and again Sponsor of my show! Donna Ilicic is the CEO and Founder of Moda Business Solutions, Inc in San Diego, CA and the sole purpose of this company currently is to BRING BACK Small Businesses out of the ashes and have them become the Phoenix's that she knows and believes that they can become once again. She has a tremendous background in working with Small Businesses, particularly the restaurant community and I like to call her the "QUEEN" of San Diego Restaurants because she has a tremendous not just Head but HEART action towards that market sector. Frank Helring is the CEO and Founder of TheHubmartLLC. He is an established executive with over 45 years of service encompassing Christian ministries, private/corporate insurance, public/philanthropic enterprises and private equities sectors.
His past tenures include owning his own General Insurance Agency from October 1977 to 1991, serving as an Executive Director with World Vision of Orange County from 1994 to 1998 inclusive as a President and CEO of a community-based organization.He has served as President of JMS Consulting Group 2004-2006, a private equities firm in Los Angeles during which time he personally consulted to the VP of Benefits of the legendary NFIB.com on “Boutique” Membership programs and Association negotiating levels of involvement. He and his wife have owned Allure Med Aesthetics, Inc. a medical aesthetics practice, since 2013. Most recently, he is currently involved with revolutionary firms engaged in accelerating the emerging “opportunity commercial marketplace” and cutting edge medical regeneration technologies.
Frank resides in Mission Viejo, with his wife Rhoda. His combination of grassroots community involvement, strategic relationships formation and continued success as a visionary corporate entrepreneur distinguish him as an invaluable asset to the small business community at large.
