Core Integration, Leveraging Your Body's Innate Strength
February 15, 2024
Hosted by Christina Barea and Peyton Young
The body's primary structural systems: Skeletal, Muscular, and Tendons/Ligaments work together to conserve energy and leverage each others strengths. When we use our own core to move through each day, we feel centered and in control. However, it's common to slide into bad posture habits which lead us to feeling tired, weak, and less focused. Listen in to learn how to align bones for effortless posture, and how to figure out which muscles might be working too hard. When we are aligned from the core, we are confident and strong!
