Earth Element, Staying Grounded
February 1, 2024
Hosted by Christina Barea and Peyton Young
There's nothing quite like connecting with the earth under your feet. Whether it's enjoying the sand at the beach, or lying on a blanket on the grass, feeling the Earth's vibration and embrace soothes our soul. This episode explains how our own internal vibration keeps us focused and connected. Which foods help us to think better and be more creative, and which foods might cloud our mind. Earth Element is related to the stomach and spleen, so we'll also discover which dietary habits can lead to diabetes, a common blood sugar disorder.
