This White Paper represents in depth interviews with nurse executives from across the USA, revealed consistent themes when analyzing the causes & impact of nurse turnover as well as critical next steps. Interviews took place 12/19 – 5/20 and included nurse executives from critical access hospitals to systems with over 2000 beds, including nurses in acute and ambulatory settings.
